  I can agree as bank employees are often rude and discriminating. I remember going in banks a decade back. I was so terrified of one woman that I changed my bank. That lady used to yell at customers if there is a slight mistake. The bank was well aware but took no action against here maybe just because they were already on low staffing or she was performing really well. These tellers do not really care about the customers as usually HNI's do not visit these tellers and get the work done remotely. The people visiting these tellers are usually middle or lower class who need cash transactions for their day to day living. This should be considered by the bank managers, and they should appoint friendly teller which will indeed increase the business as well. The thing is there are hundreds of branches for the same branch and maintaining the same customer experience in every branch is just impossible for the bank.🎳
